CARING FOR YOUR CAKE

TRANSPORT

Carry the cake box with two hands supporting the bottom and place it on a flat surface. If travelling by car, place it in an empty foot well.

STORAGE

Keep your cake at room temperature and not in the fridge unless advised to do so. Once cut, keep in an air-tight container for up to a week.

READY TO EAT

Remove all non-edible parts including any supporting dowels and follow our guide below on how to cut your cake.

HOW TO CUT YOUR CAKE

First, remove any non-edible parts (including any supporting dowels).

Separate the tiers and cut the largest one first.

TOOLS: Cutting board and Long knife

Support the side of the cake with a chopping board

With a long knife cut a 2.5cm strip at the edge of the cake

Lay the cutting board down and cut the cake into thumb sized pieces
