TRANSPORT
Carry the cake box with two hands supporting the bottom and place it on a flat surface. If travelling by car, place it in an empty foot well and turn off any heating.
PRESENTATION
Don't leave your cake in direct sunlight or by a heat source as it will melt! If using a stand, make sure it is sturdy and at least 2cm bigger than the base of the cake on each side.
STORAGE
Keep your cake at room temperature and not in the fridge unless advised to do so. Once cut, keep any left over cake in an air-tight container for up to a week.
READY TO EAT
Remove all non-edible parts including any supporting dowels and non-edible toppers and follow our guide below on how to cut your cake.
